Single Family Residential

Our single-family custom residential projects include a variety of projects including new custom homes, additions, and interior design. Counted in that experience are the following projects:

Seitz - Family Room

Seitz Residence Morrow, OH

New Custom Home - "Refined Rustic" design with extensive use of natural materials on mostly wooded 5-acre site.  Approx. 4,000 s.f. on two levels with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 1/2 car garage.

Glass Residence - Redesigned Foyer

Borcherding Residence West Chester, OH.  A two-story family room, garage, and master suite addition and renovations.

Buchanan Residence Lexington, KY.  A new free standing two car garage matching existing residence.

Glass Residence Glasgow, KY.  Owners wanted to redesign their main entry foyer to improve the appearance of what they considered to be a plain, uninteresting interior entry foyer of their home. LWBA created new columns from drywall pillars and added crown molding and cove lighting.

Britton Residence Norwood, OH.  Kitchen renovations and a dining and back deck addition.

American Ranch Homes Oregonia, OH.  New garage and front porch addition to a new modular home.

 

Single Family Residential In Progress:  (As of 6/28/16) New projects include a custom home in Loveland and a new deck design for an existing home in Mason.  Renovations and additions to an historic 1880's home in eastern Kentucky were completed last fall, and a front porch remodeling and exterior renovation project for a home in West Chester is under construction and nearing completion. 

Multi-Family Residential

Our experience with multi-family residential projects includes some work done while at (other firms), where Lindsay served as project architect and/or designer, and a lot of work done since.  Counted in that experience are the following projects:

The Renaissance at the Power Building Cincinnati, OH.  (Casler Design Group) Renovations of a 10-story 19th century industrial building into luxury apartments. Project also included historic preservation to qualify for federal tax credits.
