LWBA was pleased to be a part of one of the newer fireworks stores in KY after recent changes to the laws expanding the sales of fireworks in the state.  The project called for a complete gutting of the interior spaces (except for existing restrooms) from the previous golf driving range pro shop to make way for a new sales showroom.  To preserve storage and retail space within the overall footprint, LWBA suggested creating a new office mezzanine above the existing restrooms which not only provided administrative space, but also allowed for visual observation and security of the sales floor.  The existing covered tees were enclosed to provide both plenty of storage space and a new loading dock capable of handling semis for receiving at the south end of the building.
